Ozil isn't the game changer that everyone thinks he is, and if he was why would RM want rid? Eriksen and Paulinho have better pace and equal footballing ability. Two for the price of one if the reported fee is to be believed.

Wholly fuckballs. Our signings have been immense. The problem is people have no patience, I mean none these days.

Our signings have been great but those are players with big futures excluding Capoue and Soldado. Whereas the Ozil signing is, one of the worlds best player if not the best playmaker in the world to some. Clearly we need 4th to keep our talent and Ozil could be the difference.

Our squad is stronger but their first 11 with Ozil is even or slightly better, however they dont have to worry about a squad gelling as we had as many 10/11 new faces at the moment to the end of last season when you consider Rose and Townsend was on loan, Kaboul and Sandro injured and the 7 signings.

It was never going to happen. Pie in the sky and all that. I never believed as it just did not make sense based on what went on before.

Thats just the money from the new tv deal as well. So if anything we are probably £30mill in profit

Spolli's a veteran CB. Really not much different from Dawson as he's pretty slow but quite frankly not a very good defender.

I get that but we were prepared to spend £30 million on Willian. So clearly there's money to be spent which isn't allocated for stadium etc
