The people spamming those re pace though is a little unfair.... have you seen our 2 home games at Wembley? we badly needed pace in this window and were told we would get it, can only assume JJ was alluding to Aurier which is a shame as we needed pace up top but we are where we are

Support the team and lets just get Llorente done and moved on, I am most surprised by the lack of departures so we have strengthened

Fucks sake. There is a difference between player pace and getting used to the pace of a pitch. We have great players, they are not robots. They just need to get the feel of it. No point changing the whole ethos of our play.

I don't buy into all those people who say "we finished second with these players last year"... that assumes that everyone else has stayed the same and without doubt United, City and Liverpool are stronger as are Everton

I agree that you should always be looking to improve but we had the youngest squad and most of our top players have the potential to get even better.

There is clearly a good spirit and togetherness about the team. Keeping that should surely be a priority and then add where you can...
