Work permit wouldnt be an issue. you do the deal subject to work permit... Given transfer value it wouldn't be an issue surely. Could see it break down for other reasons but that couldnt be it...

This is spot on. You do deals subject to a work permit and the only times you wouldn't is of they may struggle for one. For Lucas moura it would be a formality.
