Re Arshavin deal we have brought it up with them. The PL claim the paperwork was all filed on time but the delay was because they went through it with a fine toothcomb as they were worried about third-party ownership.

Its easy to create evidence from a fax machine. You simply reset time settings on the machine... thats why this piece of info is incorrect and flawed. I'm not suggesting Spurs would do this btw.

Premier league would need to speak to Real and THFC to validate when exactly the deal was done and make a decision for themselves..
