The Blue Dahlia is a nightclub... a disco.
If his next cryptic quote comes from "She wore a yellow ribbon" we are all in for a world of hurt.
"It's funny, but practically all the people I know were strangers when I met them."
Do you hear that sound? That is the sound of a 1000 furrowed brows all furrowing at the same time ...The quote comes from the Blue Dahlia.
In the mid 19th century a London newspaper offered £1 to the first breeder to produce a blue dahlia. The reward has never been claimed and breeders are still striving for the elusive blue colour. As a result, blue dahlia has come to mean "something impossible or unattainable".
Hmm. So a very low offer leads to our inability to get something.
Sounds about right.
Distinct possibilityA & C is pulling everyones pisser.

I like Chadli. I feel bad for him that he's gone from Poch, a great manager that favors actually playing football, to Pulis, who favors a hoof ball to Rondon from their own box approach. He doesnt deserve this. I hope, for his sake, that their new owners get sick of watching turgid football, and soon.Tottenham Hotspur @SpursOfficial 1m1 minute ago
We have reached agreement with West Bromwich Albion for the transfer of Nacer Chadli.
We have made a big mistake in letting him go if we have no signings planned. He may not have been the best but he got a goal or 2. Isco is a pipe dream, and Chadli is better than Zaha, just don't understand what Levy is doing to our squad!
N'Koudou. That's the replacement lined up.
