If we think Bale is staying then I'm not sure if Lamela is the way we would spend the money that Lewis has given us. Surely that would be exactly the position we then wouldn't need a player?

I just think the Bale or Lamela ITK seems more likely.

If we get Lamela now, we won't have to pay an extra 10-20m more when bale goes next year I suppose

We're looking a bit thin on the ground in defence since Caulker left, and if Soldado gets injured do we really see Defoe or last season's Ade leading the line?

Perhaps we'll wait until deadline day for these two positions?

Soldado - Scored all his 20+ goals last season Inside the box.
Bale - Scored the most from outside box in Europe last season
Willian - One of the best dribbler that can play in multiple position in front line.

I still believe if Bale stays I cant see Lamela.

Even without Lamela the XI is insane .....And that's a massive understatement.

ITK is like a diet today. No food for ages then a binge session where you consume massive portions of fish and chips, stop off and get a big tub of Ben & Jerry's on the way home, scoff that, then order Domino's. Then at midnight go make pancakes.

If ITK goes tits up tomorrow it will be the equivalent of sticking your finger down your throat and throwing up all the above food.

IF Bale did stay, with what we have (inc Willian), I can't comprehend just how possibly things could be.

Big ask to go win the title, but if Lemala, the left back involved too - I'd expect Bale to be out and out goalscorer, with no need to bring in another striker.

Its not right when I am not raging at Levy's dealing in the transfer market. Not right at all. Its all seems a bit unworldly.

Give it couple months and you maybe able to moan about Levy from a different angle...

Man crazy crazy day and it isnt even the end of the TW, but i make the claim that no day this TW will top today, this is the info-storm before the happenings.

As good as all these buys are though, this was what was needed to be genuine title contenders, not loosly involved... Man city, chelsea, still have formidable squads, somit will be tough... But its just nice to even consider it a genuine possibility.
