It's strange that for a period where we seem to be getting less ITK than usual (I.e. last summer's cryptics!) that so much has actually happened at the club!

Haven't we been getting quite a lot appearantly credible and clear (as in not cryptic) ITK this summer. If Ade signs and there's an investment linked to the stadium the main ITKs been pretty much spot on. And end of last week was crazy, 10 posts in RO on Thursday or something.

Though Siggy was almost left field, called by some friend of his or something, so there might still be plenty of stuff under the radar!

One of the great things about the Twitter thread is that the discussions of how best to post/publish/manage ITK doesn't happen. It's a free-for-all, but it churns out verified ITK, non-verified ITK and crazy rumours. It all ends up being fun. Likewise, people are pretty quick to identify the rubbish from the quality. Discussions, oddly, are generally on topic.

The problem that you seem to be ignoring is that most people don't spend 24 hours on here and come in for a quick check on ITK. Currently the twitter thread is preventing that (in the same way that JJ answering questions in the middle of the night and them not making it into the RO did).

We'll come up with solution but it needs people's cooperation.

I think they wanted something like 3m for him, Sherwoods judgement of the youth players has been pretty good since he started with the academy so i am inclined to trust that decision, with Caulker, Kaboul and Vertonghen it would be ages until he saw regular first team football, money better spent somewhere else imo..

None really as medicals can be multi stage things or we've done the medical and are awaiting results.

Yeah that's a fair point. I thought there were some who were saying that it was all completely done but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

It was just a question, I'd rather have a conversation and quite happy to be wrong, but if the 'Dumb' ratings are the best you have i'll read 'The Sun'.

I agree with this. Actually the RO was/is one of my first port of calls to check up on the latest stuff. However as soon as I started to realise that info was not being updated as quickly as it could and then the migration to twitter by ITK'ers where they post instantly, I switched up my viewing habits (whether this is sustainable, I don't know). The twitter thread just has the most up to date info atm and that will always be the most important thing for me.

Admittedly this must pose problems with those (including me) that want to come in for a quick check on ITK. That's where I assume you guys will come up with a proper solution (as always). Cheers for putting the work in, from a very longtime lurker and user of SC.
