I found that out 1 of the previous posts, so never responded again to try and get back on tract. I read something via the THFC OS media news that said we have a star in the making (CCV) and he was in a USA kit, and I put 2x2 together, without expecting it to =5

No we aren't. Only Fazio has any sort of real experience of those that could go, and he wasn't even at the club last season. Chadli I suppose could be counted in that bracket but tbh I don't see him going(although he could).

I'll be so underwhelmed if we keep Chadli, the guy basically defrauds a living each week.

Very pleased to hear Janssen is progressing as we need competition up front

I can't remember where I saw it, but CCV apparently had a pretty impressive Copa America, for a team that reached the Semi's

Agreed. We desperately need a player with pace and trickery who can play wide.

Feel we also need a better back-up to Hugo as well.

I think the 4-5 outs is perfectly feasible given the players returning from injury, the elevation of younger players into the mix, and also the potential for 3 additions.
Fazio, Yedlin, Mason and/or Carroll, Chadli, possibly even Grant Ward, who after a fairly decent year in the championship may be worth a decent fee.
Bentaleb, Pritchard, Njie back fit and available. Carter-Vickers, Ball, Onomah and Winks possible stepping up. Then added Wanyama, hopefully looking like Janssen, then if there's an AM/WF with some craft and dynamos, that's a pretty solid looking setup. In no way is it weaker.

Based on the theory of 2 players per position. Full backs we know. Toby & CCV, Jan & Wimmer, Dier & Wanyama, Dembele & Bentaleb, Lamela, Eriksen, Alli & Son, Njie, Pritchard/new signing, Kane & Janssen. Ball, Winks, Onomah as backup.

Anyway, kit release is also towards the end of the week, correct? Wouldnt be surprised if we're using Jansenn to model the new kit if ITK is correct and it'll be official by the end of the week.

Unless someone can prove me wrong, it sure seems like Levy has succeeded at shutting down the early early ITK as either the press or the player himself have informed us about the potential transfer before anyone else with both transfers this summer.

Begovic and Ospina are better than Vorm by a considerable distance IMO.

Vorm looks horribly weak whenever he plays IMO. I really don't rate him at all.

I want to keep Vorm purely because he nearly punched a Chelscum player in the mouth and he didn't even play that game. That's worth a squad spot surely. A hall of fame spot if he had connected.

All the ITK's and papers say it's pretty much done, fantastic really excited for this signing. He looks a great player in his own right and like Davies and Trippier kept Rose and Walker on their toes Janssen can help push Kane as well.

Yes - IIRC, I don't think any new name has leaked via ITK since Sherwood and his pals left.

All our signings in the last two year have broken first from the selling club's end, or quite near completion by the Mirror

ITK has tended to fill in the gaps in the few days between the name breaking and the signing being confirmed
