He (Saha) could be a very shrewd move.

I think we have a very difficult job in signing players at the moment I have said it all window.

What essentially we are looking for is players that can better the first XI, and for a side 3rd in the league on merit, thats difficult to do without spending mega money.

The other category, is backup players who are good enough to make an impact, but content at playing second fiddle, I dont know where these players are, certainly not for the wages we pay.

Throw into the mix the uncertainty over the manager, and essentially its a tricky time for us to get what we need !

JJ was bang on the money. Striker on loan from left field - and he even got the time right - he said 12 hours it would hopefully be announced, that was 12hours30mins ago. Impressive.

Not sure what to make of it. Underwhelmed really, but he could be a good stop-gap for the rest of the season. If it was permanent I will be pissed off, but a loan could be a decent idea. Potentially a good sub and provides cover. On his day the boy is class. I would be much happier if we also announce Ade on a perm today, otherwise we will need to buy 3 strikers in the summer!

with cl automatic qualification hopefully , new stadium been built meaning more money and wages for players then i have no problem whatsover with having only one cf even none come end of may cos make no bones about it harry and spurs job in summer will be so much easier when we throw cl games on the table

until every club we approach knows we are DESPERATE to sign a striker and quotes us silly prices, all the while Levy is to afraid to risk big money on a new striker, leaving us in no man's land.
