Kaboul hasn't played for a year and won't be ready for a while.
Do precautions with Dawson include not training at all? IF he isn't played because we don't want to risk him while he needs pre-season games under his belts tells exactly what kind of mess we're in.
I think he was saying that Ade and Ekotto are staying and that I am reading too much into them not playing. I disagree personally - I think it says a lot. I will be surprised if they are still with us in two weeks.
And neither does lack of Ade and BAE, that was the whole point.

Commentator on beIN tv here in states paints a really poor picture of state of Spurs in intro - Bale, Dempsey, Caulker all leaving, lineup unsettled, only two weeks until season starts....can't say I disagree. Hopefully AVB is not really all that bothered by it but it can't be easy.
Commentator also said Bale transfer may happen on Wed in Miami beach, but he may be taking that right off the papers and it may mean nothing.

Only one friendly left after this. This is freaking me the fuck out, what with the Bale debacle and numerous injures, I can see us dropping quite a few points from our first few games. What a joke after all summer hearing ITK about how on top of our summer we where supposed to be!
I thought might be linked to his brothers death? If those rumours were true

How do you possibly know that we won't get this sort of exposure next year? Did you predict Bales rise to fame last season because i didn't read it on here?

Lloris, Walker, Dawson, Kaboul, Vertonghen, Rose, Lennon, Paulinho, Sandro, Parker, Dembele, Holtby, Chadli, Soldado, Defoe as front line squad players even if Bale, BAE and Adebayor go and aren't replace. Pretty impressive group of players plus some more to come in plus the likes of Tom Carroll and others waiting for their chance.
You can have injuries without club making any sort of announcements about it.
Wouldn't be surprised to see both leave, but think absence is due to injuries. After all, we might be stuck with them come september wether we want to get rid or not and hence there is no point keeping them out of the pre-season games if not for injuries.

OK, look, I know that I'm 'nobody' BUT this is the ITK thread. A&C was more than clear yesterday when pointing out just how pissed off he's becoming with this particular section of the site continually going off topic. Then Nic Dic backed him up this morning. Yet there is now a full-on discussion happening in here, a discussion about why Adebayor or Dawson etc aren't in tonights match. That is NOT anything to do with ITK, so all that's going to happen is the thread will be locked down, A&C will be banning some people, and the thread will, once again, need to be cleaned up by some poor sap who has to do something just because people can't be bothered to go to the correct part of the site to have the discussion they are currently having.
Sorry for speaking up, I know it's not my right to do so, I just hope you understand where I'm coming from & what I'm trying to say.
