Well Les Ferdinand pretty much just confirmed Bale is off, and he is confirmed ITK!

It's great. We finally buy a striker and our fans are in even a bigger panic.

We are looking to buy a CB. There was a fuckup with Chiriches (whatever his name is) but we still have a couple of weeks and the money to get one.

Don't worry guys, I'm sure we'll do alright in this match. Yeah we've got Fryers and Livermore at CB but it's not like they're up against the best out-and-out striker in the world...

It's not some pre-season game I'm worried about, it's that we will start season with options of Fryers, Huddle, Livermore and Naughton as CB. Perhaps Dawson if he isn't badly injured, on top of that we might pluck signing who'll be able to mould with the rest for a day or a two. Reeks of bad, bad start.

Complete reshape of the team is looking more and more likely. Shambles. yet another bad start in the league on the cards.

Too many new players. Too many not even played in pre season. This team going out there now is mid table at best.

I can see us getting humped here. Falcao was very sharp against Leicester

We have too many players injured and too many players who we clearly want rid of but haven't sold.

JJ said only a select few in the club truly know what's going on with Bale; would ignore anything Les has to say. He wouldn't say he isn't off anyway - Not after ITV putting so much effort into dedicating a whole pre-match build up to it.

Bale - we all know the situation
Holtby, Kaboul, Sandro, Dawson - all confirmed as having niggles by the club and injuries

So tell me why Ekotto did not come on in Hong Kong and isn't in the squad today and why Qdebayor has missed the last two games for no reason? Don't pretend there is nothing to it
