He's very quick, mobile, got a decent touch, quite athletic build, can pick a pass, left footed.

if he was that great or good united would not let him go you can bet your paddy power next spurs manager on that.

its a position at spurs that def needs beefing up and over next couple of years he might develop. worth a risk and shot and ims ure he is decent enough anyway at united but if he was the real business old whisky face would demand he stay at all costs

I have devised the following scale, from good to bad.

That feeling when you sneeze
Actually getting something for your birthday from your wife that you want
Waking Up
That fart that you think you've ruined your under crackers, but actually you havent but your pants are still wet
Stubbing Your Toe

How excited, on the above scale, should we all be.

For example, with Harry it was simply Waking Up. Another day, maybe he will be ok, maybe he won't. With The Man in the Raincoat, it was Stubbing Your Toe.

Please help me fight these inner demons.

My guess on vertongen is that the fee is agreed as are personal terms, but we are delaying completing the deal until we have a manager so verts can decide if he is happy and we can ensure the manager rates him.
