Sterlings doing really well this season. He's had a hand in over half of City's goals so far this season. Apparently he didn't like the way he was coached when he first joined City but Pep has been helping him already in training and he seems to have his confidence back.

Meh sterling is a primadonna ****

According to Sky, should be 4-2-3-1:
Hart
Walker, Cahill, Stones, Rose
Dier, Henderson
Lallana, Rooney, Sterling
Kane
Not too bad. Glad its 4231.

Urgh Henderson, Rooney and Sterling still in there...

Reality is though we don't have loads of much better options. It's going to be more about how they play as a unit imo. Hopefully Sam can make them better as a team than the sum of their parts.

I hope Alli gets some minutes, he is looking really off the mark at the moment. Hopefully Kane will grab a goal as well.

Not too bothered about Big Sam picking the same players as options are limited.

What I'm looking for is for them to play with more freedom. Always felt like they played within themselves under Roy and were rigidly sticking to a system rather than expressing themselves.

Sounds like he wants to get the players enjoying themselves while on international duty rather than seeing it as a boot camp

I can forgive most of them but I'm sick of seeing Rooney lorded like the second coming.

Talking of cum, what is that on the window behind lee Dixon?

The fated first match of Sam Allardyce's illustrious England reign. We will all remember where we were on this day years from now as we tell our children and children's children. Bask in the moment.

Gotta say Big Sam is properly utilizing Dier and the CBs thus far.
