Here's my lunchtime summary of where I think we are:

In:
Juve duo incoming (almost certain)
Dembele to PSG off, been offered (unlikely)
Carrasco - Atletico want a big fee (unklikely)

Out:
Gil to Valencia on loan (fairly certain)
Ndombele to Lyon (fairly certain)
GLC to Villareal (possible)
Dele to Everton/Palace (possible)
White out on loan

What did I miss?

Gravenberch a no go then?

I fully agree that it’s for the best we let ALL of Dele/Gio/Tanguy/Gil go, given their limited game time.

However, imo it’s beneficial for us to add just 1 more incoming, as failure to do so, will leave our bench options limited. (+ it only takes 1 injury to emphasise this)

We would however though, just be 1 player short of having a back up in every position (ST)
(Which has been the norm anyway recently)

I don’t recall Paul O’Keefe slagging SC off ??‍♀️Also, he is an actual football agent. If you want, I could give you his mobile number, if you wanted a chat?
They tried to coax him into slagging the site off, but he was fairly measured in his responses, seemed more curious than anything, and he did actually say people like different things (some like twitter, some like forums etc), so fair play to him.
I didn't read the whole Twitter thing so if I'm wrong I appologise.

Considering his last stint at Lyon made him a 60m player, the Club probably believe that Tanguy will probably do really well at Lyon in the remaining months of the season and interest in him in the coming summer will be higher. Very good piece of busines to get such a high optional fee, if they want him, they'll have to pay top dollar. Otherwise, he'll definitely fetch more for a permanent transfer in the summer (after a good showing at Lyon), than he would now. Good stuff from the Club IMO.

Can’t see us moving that many players out without another one in the wings.

Yeah, seems like we are setting ourselves up for being a little short. Then again, apart from Gil and maybe Lo Celso, the players leaving likely wouldn’t get many minutes here on out barring a large amount of injuries.

If we replace dele, lo celso and Ndombele with just Bentancur…
Does it really matter? If we’re going to proceed with a 3-4-3 we’ll have 4 players for 2 spots and 5 for the 3 spots up front. Would be fine for the rest of the season.

If we get no injuries. If Kane gets his usual injury.....

Well they don't play anyway, we're out of all midweek competitions so I don't think it's imperative that we replace all of them right now. Obviously if the chance comes along to get someone good in, we'll take it, but I wouldn't free up a squad place only for it to be filled with a last minute gap-filler and end up with the same problem of having to offload wankers in the summer.

Completely agree, one more in would make this a very good window, and not just a good one due to the outs which was as important as the in's in the long term.
