Oh nice one Ryan, way to go... You've just fed The Daily Mail tomorrows back page.. "Daniel Levy aroused by thought's of himself"...

Just love the fact that this got a 'disagree'.. To be fair, I was deadly serious & have set my alarm to get me up early enough to get me down the shop in time for delivery at 5.45 in the morning so I can get the freshest copy....

I am posting this not from my usual sources so I'm not excited but 2 different people have come to me with this! Now I get lots of info but I ignore most as I only trust a handful who have constantly given me correct info! The reason why I post this and find it interesting is because its 2 different people and they have named the same fee! I was told a €21m euro bid for willian has been made! I must re-iterate its not my usual source and hate giving info that I'm sceptical on but thought it was worth a mention

Many thinks for sharing and clarifying the nature and perceived accuracy of the info.

Do you want me to post that in RO?

and if yes, do I call you Gyid or your twitter monicker?

Edit: It's posted as Gyid. If you don't want this listed there, I will delete it.

Thanks mate, awesome stuff, any news on other targets, are things starting to move in the xfer market? Has Levy replaced his speed dial from Banging Babes to Del Nido number?

I'm not knocking the two strikers we have, more the fact there are indeed only two of them. When on form, they are decent. We just happen to have a problem that one is currently in Africa and the other is injured. We have known this could happen, but have so far failed to do anything about it. Dempsey is not a line leading striker.
Realistically, I just don't see del Nido making it easy to buy Negredo. True, Sevilla need the cash, but del Nido loves screwing opposition chairmen over deals every bit as much as Levy does. Past history tells me this is not going to be easy, and could ultimately cause any deal to break down.
Hopefully we have a few other plan B's on the back burner. Szalai has been mentioned a few times, relatively cheaper option but still of a good age. Hooper, less keen on, but would not be wholly against it. Bony is available. Aubameyang has allegedly had a price out on his head by his chairman. Beyond these, maybe Morata in loan.
I hope I'm wrong, but I have a sneaky feeling it may well be a last day out of the blue PL striker, Micheal Owen, Peter Odemwingie, Kenwyne Jones, Grant Holt etc someone cheap and easy to settle into league. The last two windows have had a last minute player nobody saw comjng, for summer 2012, Dempsey, for winter 2012, Saha.
