Nah, scratch that. They just want the extra cash now.
They are receiving an awful lot of negativity regarding this, and rightly so. It's just a plain and simple money grab with no justification whatsoever for doing so. The fans being made to pay for the boards mistakes of not qualifying for Europe.

Levy out!

Be fair, though. You have to admit that the price for a Picasso has gone through roof.

This kind of sums it up for me. Prices have gone up because we failed to invest in a new defence and consequently that had a direct impact on the pitch. Now Levy is increasing prices at an eye watering rate to cover the difference off

I’m not angry at Levy because of the amount of money he does or doesn’t spend, never have been. I was very happy with him and what he had done for us. My opinion has changed post Poch. Since the window when he appointed Nuno, he has been a total cluster fuck. No solid direction or vision. We all got excited with Nuno and Conte but looking back, it was so obvious both would end in tears, I just didn’t want to admit it to myself.
While simultaneously pissing away the best years of Kane. I love fans optimism and I don’t take pleasure making my fellow Spurs fans unhappy. But we are not going to win anything with Levy period, it really doesn’t matter who the manager is.

I could get on-board with the idea that just as costs are rising for fans, they also are for the club - so there might very well be a need to generate more income. But to do so by increasing the cost of a product which has steadily been declining in quality for several years is disgusting. (Not to mention the lack of visible progress on a stadium naming rights deal. Pennywise but pound foolish, much?)

Instead of the 'Levy Out' balloons, I think match-going supporters should all throw an empty (cheap) wallet onto the pitch in protest, so the club can have somewhere to put all this extra money.

Should not be there.

We lost our best manager in modern times and now we will lose the greatest English Striker and maybe greatest Spurs player ever because of the clubs lack of ambition to win. That's a very sad reflection of our club under ENIC.

So where do Spurs currently stand on Levy out?

I think with a new manager bringing optimism, with a few potentially good signings that have come early in the window, now is the time to create an optimistic feeling around the club.

Whatever our view on Levy, surely we want to enjoy the football and supporting our club. It sounds like Munn is already involved and the setup for transfers appears to be working well.

But any current good feelings, don't let him off the hook. Ange is currently very optimistic. He appears to favour developing players and giving them a chance where warranted. He needs to be supported by the club at every level.

It’s ridiculous. Just when there seemed to be the slightest glimmer of the club, fans, team gaining a little bit of positivity Levy decides it’s the moment to fuck off the fans that are the absolute heartbeat of the club.

It is just typical Levy behaviour. Makes a mess of things by constantly interfering in the football side of things, fails to invest properly in the team when it needs it, constantly scrimping on deals, causing many to fall through, while making enemies/foes with many other clubs, yet when it all goes to pot he expects the ordinary punter to pay for his and the boards mistakes.
It is early in the transfer window and we have got Maddison, a new keeper, who could be anything and a winger for free, yet in our must problematic position at CB we are yet again dragging our heels. Long way to go and lets reserve judgement until the window closes, but with the ticket increases there is little sign that he is changing his ways. if Ange is successful it may very well be in spite of Levy and not because of him.

It's the same old one-step forward, two backwards but what can we do about it?!

It seems anything we do is at the cost of getting behind Ange and the team and that must come first at the moment.

Well it seems even more egregious when you consider that a simple stadium naming rights sponsor would bring in more revenue than a bump in price for single-match tickets.

The one thing has nothing to do with the other. Ticket prices were always going to go up. The simple truth is that this won't have any negative affect on attendance levels. I've been priced out of the match day experience for a couple of seasons now, but there's a queue a mile long happy to pay and replace me. It's sad but that's just the way it is.

I'd love to know how much revenue he has pissed away by not agreeing to a a fee 4 years ago.
While I too would be interested what we've missed out on, as I think it's silly that we didn't have anything lined up from the day the thing opened, there is also a value to the club in having "Tottenham Hotspur Stadium" blurted out all over the place in relation to everything that we do, particularly in relation to the extra-curricular activities taking place there, which is afterall what any sponsor would also be paying for to happen, so it's not all downside.

It's a pity that Levy didn't secure Stadium Naming rights when he had the opportunity. We've probably lost over £50m revenue due to Levy's incompetence. A normal CEO would have been removed long ago. It's a fallacy that Levy is an astute businessman.

Exactly this. They are going to get the most money that they can. They’re not thinking that they have to increase prices to make up elsewhere. They’re just going to get the most money that they can.

Bought the club for a total cost of about half a 2023 Harry Kane, and now sits as CEO of a club worth £3bil, and this is him operating with incompetence? At least have a go about something he's actually done poorly, of which there are numerable.

That has nothing to do with what has transpired since the new stadium, hell even before. The club has grown to a point where he is in far over his head. When you start to get mostly every single decision wrong over the last 5-6 years & they just keep compounding in consequence, yeah it is fair to way he is operating incompetently.

A few weeks without Levy Out chants and he's back to his old tricks
Why do people think he will change? Excepting Levy is excepting we won’t win anything. I’ll give him credit for the stadium build, the rest absolutely awful, footballing decisions beyond awful. Levy has cemented the term ‘Spursy’.

Kane is not going to buy anymore Levy bull****.
