I think, not entirely sure, we will play one of these teams.Has anybody worked out (roughly) who we could be facing as possible worst case scenario's should we indeed finish fourth?
I know there are further pemutations but just curious.
Really?
Yes, you're right it's seeded. Here's the last play-off round with us in it, but would a team like Malaga be seeded, they haven't played in Europe I think, so wouldn't have a high coefficient so we could still face themWould we really face one of the big teams? Is it not seeded?
It's nice to have the out of the league running, though i was never that worried about them overhauling us.
But it's all about the CL, it's the one trophy above all others they crave. I really hope we fluke third on the final day and then don't have to give two hoots.
Blimey the last day is going to be stressful enough before we even get to the CL final.
Daughter, who's 6, of a friend who supports Bayern said to me very recently (in German & before the Semi's of the CL):
"why don't you support Bayern?"
Me: "Because i support Spurs"
"Do you ever want bayern to win"
Me: "Not usually, I grew up for a short while in Hamburg, so when i do support a German team, it's them"
"Will you ever support Bayern?"
Me: "unlikely"
Emailed her dad the other day... "Tell your daughter I want Bayern to win the CL!"
R.
Why were you not worried about them? Had they won yesterday, they would have been in the exact same position as newcastle in which they have to win to get 4th and if they win we have to win. Chelsea v Blackburn at home is a different proposition of Newcastle going to Everton! Also, as has been said before, Everton would not be as up for it if Chelsea had won as they would be sure to be ahead of Liverpool.

Yep totally agree... a one off game, a cup final... anything can happen and on top of it a last chance for most of the Chelsea pensioners to get their hands on the CL trophy.Above all, this is key.
They are unable to overhaul us with something like 17 games in 58 days - once they lost to Newastle, Chelsea gave up on CL via the League.
2 cups and back in via the 'winning it backdoor' would be on any manager's mind.
It is a gamble but a safer one than trying to do both cups and overhaul 3 teams.
Just talking to two gooner ST holders in the office…they are absolutely bricking it about Sunday, pretty sure WBA will get a result against them.
Also every gooner going seems to be raging about the Spurs tribute on their new kits.
Above all, this is key.
