No doubt Harry will be going, "We played ever so well. Listen, there's no easy games in the Premier League, we created chance after chance, we're still in the race for 4th. Don't write us out."

Our home record only bettered by Man U, but the comparison of that is.... they win their games we don't and draw against weak teams.

I thought City losing would give the lads more incentive to win the game, but end up 1-0 down and nearly loss the game... man I'm sick off watching our match from now on, will continue the next season starts.

I'm just baffled as to what the fuck Gomes was doing that far out of his goal :/

We clinched 4th at City, I suppose it's known as revenge if they get it against us..

now let's see if our useless shower of wankers can fucking do something today!

And they won't:evil:

i should never have doubted the toffees. If this result isn't enough to get the team motivated then NOTHING is

And it didn't:evil::evil:

I never use the phrase must win, but today really is.

COYS.

And we didn't:evil::evil::evil:

any chance of showing some fucking bottle from this shower of wankers?

And they don't:evil::evil::evil::evil:

That's his leg gone.

And once again, a referee who everyone else seems to think had a great game manages to not see our most skillful players kicked to fuck:evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil: Adam should have been off the pitch way before he scored that penalty. Gomes hardly even brushed the Blackpool players knee with his hand - certainly not enough for a penalty - but a this^^^^^^ was waved play-on:shrug::evil::bang::evil::bang::evil::bang::evil::bang:

he used to be a striker remember

maybe we should make him one again

He'd probably score more goals than our front 3.

I thought we continue on the joke... lol

Adam should have been off the pitch way before he scored that penalty

Adam should have been off the pitch way before he scored that penalty. :

Adam should of been in our team, but Redknapp tried a 'last minute deal' that failed epicly.

Actually Man u have been drawing a lot against weak teams this season. They just have done well at not losing this season, We did play well today at points in the second half. But again did not take the chances presented to us. Rose looked usefull today however. I would start him against Man city. Its time we prepare for next season. We are a good squad but we have problems that need fixing.

Transfer window wish list

1 or more world class strikers (one which can play upfront alone) maybe extra striker who offers a alternative

1 right/left winger with pace, so we don't have to change our system every time Bale/Lennon get injured

1 backup CB who is a proven PL player, depending on the future of Bassong, Woody, King, Gallas might have to be more

Other possible ins:

1 backup LB, depends how Rose does between now and the end of the season

1 Goalkeeper, but only if a top class goalkeeper becoms available.

I've officially lost all hope. As i expected we were given a lifeline today with Everton beating City and we fucked it up again. There is the hope that City don't win another game this season but knowing us we won't win a game. I am so fucking annoyed. :bang:

Based on the fact that most of the points we have dropped in the last two months have been against teams in the relegation zone, and we are good enough to beat AC Milan away, we should be fighting for the EPL title, not conceding our CL with a whimper.

I second this.
My confidence has been somehwhat misplaced.

When you go into a game at home against blackpool expecting not to win you know something's up.

Nobody, considering recent form and results could have expected us to win today.

As I've been saying for months, we need to end this 'it's all the strikers fault' guff right now. We had these strikers last year too, remember.

There is a definite issue here. Some people need to open their eyes to that. I'm not saying it's Harry, but something is up.

This is why I never bother with those stupid season predictor things on the BBC website, you can never rely on Spurs, except to let you down.

This season feels like a real let down when it could have gone down as one of our greatest seasons in donkeys years :-/

Agree with all besides CB. Well, I won't mind we bring in Gary Cahill but I'm fine with defence. We have Khumalo which seems to be a prospect, he singlehandedly earned Preston the points they've earned when he played (Preston was on a losing/draw streak before Khumalo started).

Bassong, I don't rate him much as well, he's as good as Dawson TBH - useful, make good tackles - but not excellent.

If it was me, I'd put Khumalo and Kaboul at CB with Ekotto and Walker/Corluka on the sides.

Well, we are 1 point closer to City than we was before the game. Should have been 3 but hey, that's Spurs, we like to do it the crazily hard way.
