I don't agree mate.

I think we've seen way more appetite from the players already albeit its pre seaosn.

If the work rate is there for most of the game we'll win it.

I don't see it, think our mentality will still be the same for now. but I hope you're right MP I really really do. I couldn't stand starting the season loosing to those little man syndrome wankers

Very excited...I want to be at home listening/watching some dodgy stream at 3.00pm on Saturday but the wife wants to go school uniform shopping...nothing kinky - for the kids

She may well be going on her own.
Ah, well you should just tell her "we're moving to Australia." Then you won't have to go uniform shopping (being midnight) OR put up with a dodgy stream! (As 3pm's are on TV here)

We had better cherish these saturday 3pm games.
We have a few Saturday matches this year (till the end of Nov.) although most at alternative times, but does the time really matter? They're not at the Lane though which is disappointing. Looking at our fixture list, if we fail to qualify for Europa, it will actually be a fantastic 2014 this season! (Sat. fixture wise) It would mean a grand total of 8 Saturday fixtures, 4 of which would be at home and all at 3pm!
That would however, mean a really bad 2014 for UK couch fans!

I've got a match myself is no dodgy stream for me :( But I can't be the only one that doesn't like the idea of so many of our players having to have a late decision on if they are fit enough

Same here, I have some doubts about this game and I'm usually a pretty optimistic fan. I hope the team is up for this and prove me wrong, we have enough quality to make it count. Time to show we have the hunger to go with.

The biggest difference in the games last year was how much they wanted it; a bit like the scum games too - we'd had a spell of successful results against both teams and got complacent when they had the pressure off and wanted bragging rights back again.

Spurs have ruined many a birthday..

I'm missing our last home game on May 16th because of my wedding.....:banghead:

I put up a good fight but due to that being the only date for our venue I agreed to it. Not entirely sure I'd still be engaged if I'd stuck to my hope of going to WHL!

This has probably been asked many times before, but....

Do any of you know any sites which will have the full match recorded? I'll be on a plane at the time of the match so I'd like to be able to watch the full match after it's been played without knowing the score once I land.

Anyone?
