Has anyone tried putting a starting XI together on Football Manager that includes Naughton, Bentaleb and Rose? I bet it crashes.
best thing is on 'classic' mode, Bentaleb's not even in the game. Just offered Rose about for £1m, so one bites

The thing with Bentaleb is TS has done him no favours by continuing to put him in the first team. He needs to work on a number of things in the U21 team, where there is an opportunity to improve. First team is no place to be working on your game.

Another of those games where we couldn't make the breakthrough whilst on top, and thus we'll probably pay for it. We surely won't have as much control of the ball in the second half. Frustrating that we've allowed Arsenal the opportunity to regroup (though I did expect it given how easy we are to defend against).

There's on top and creating chances = thumbs up

Then there's Spurs, on top and creating nothing = thumbs down

I am in shock. We are moving the ball so much quicker. Where on earth did that come from?

Apart from some awful defensive lapses, we have looked good in possession.

So back to the AVB days then? We will lose this 0-2 or 0-3. If we score I will be amazed.

After the past few weeks I am actually relatively pleased with that first half.

As for people calling for Paulinho to start, could they please inform me of what he has done recently to warrant a starting berth?

Bentaleb looks out of all sorts, Chadli our best option going forward, and Naughton has been solid. We have to make this possession count and at least get shots on target. but 442 too early could get costly. Lennon is a must for the last 20 minutes to hit their fullbacks who are both on yellows, lets hope he is up for it.

I've actually really liked Naughton recent form. He has been good so far today as well. We all are judging him from his days looking lost playing out of position at left back. When playing Right Back his natural position he has been reliable and holds his own.

Ignoring the goal we look up for it. At least you can tell they are trying. Chadli, Sandro, Ade playing with intent. I think we have at least one goal in us for this match!

Well we have battled away well and you cant fault the effort levels after that early kick in the teeth as we have pushed them back and had most of the ball. However a lack of technical ability and composure, coupled with a lack of organisation in both defence and also bringing the ball out of defence and up the pitch shines through.

Unfortunately the truth is I don't see what we can really do to changes things with the squad we have though. Gonna just have to keep plugging away and hope we can create some better opportunities.

They've allowed us to have the ball and just want to hit us on the counter. Just like Chelsea.

We need 2 forwards to actually make the possession count for something.

As always, completely right sided, slow and disjointed.

Two forwards on would leave us even more exposed in midfield they are running through with ease now only bad finishing from them has left the game still alive we should be finished by now.
Our problem is clueless sideways uninspiring football started by avb and continued by Tim which is so easy to defend against me and you could do it.
Roll on next season transition period no 25

Rub 'em down with some of this in the dressing room Tim, it's supposed to provide a really good finish.
