I saw no reason not to play Alli or Lamela tonight so disappointed not to see them start.

We'll see.

Whole media are focusing on this being a good time for us and a bad time for Arsenal so it's pretty much a nailed on Arsenal win :bag:

Intro to the Sky coverage was an incredible insight into how the Arsenal squad hyped up the Derby to Henry and how Redknapp has no idea on anything or any love towards us

So much unwarranted hatred for Chadli. 2nd highest scorer in the league last season for us behind Kane, it's early days in the season.

Bobby you gorgeous bastard, loves the club.
You don't get stuff like that from Bale and we made him

That lineup highlights the need to bring in a defensive midfielder and out-and-out striker in January. We cannot continue to play Dier and Kane in every single match, and if (when, at this rate) either one of them gets injured we'll have to completely change the way we set up. Worrying.
Can everyone stop worrying please. All you hear on here is 'worry' 'worry' 'worry'. Geez.

I doubt Kane will play a full game. Son or n'jie will come on in his place.

Our aim should be both. We have the same squad size as everyone else. If we don't try and win a cup game against our rivals what's the fucking point.

I totally agree but I got more pleasure out of the Champions League than our League Cup win... Back in the 80s the domestic Cups just seemed to mean more than they do today..

Perhaps the fact he has pretty much started every match this month and started both U21 matches whilst Lamela also played 180mins in 4 days already in the last 6 days

One thing that rubs me up about poch is this slow introduction thing. It's a full-on bro-mance apart from that.

I really don't think Clinton is as match fit as Poch wants him to be yet. He should come on in this match though

It's outrageous how they consider Redknapp the leveler for having Henry there. May as well get Ian Wright or Tony Adams in his place.

Is there confirmation Lamela is being rested and not injured?
