Was nervy, but I was very pleased with that performance. We are moving the ball around so much more efficiently and effectively recently, and it's wonderful to see.

Your wish was answered in the second half!

Nah, I'll focus on the positives. Decent first half, Kane continuing to get on the score sheet, Lamela finally gets his first prem goal, and we won.

As others have said, I think Mason going off really affected us. Bentaleb wasn't having a great game anyway, and Stambouli just didn't work alongside him today. Not sure Dembele or Paulinho would have either, but Capoue might have done. Either way I think it highlights the importance of getting a playmaker for midfield as soon as possible.

OK, was it the Office Party last night and you got absolutely shit-faced and got your cock out?

Something has to explain the grumpy mood. :p

From the BBC -

Rather like he did at Southampton with Adam Lallana, Rickie Lambert and Jay Rodriguez, Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is putting together a stylish forward line in which all the components complement each other.

I like the sound of that!

Sounds good!

Don't think many would have had this as our best attacking line up at the start of the season, but posh ish doing well with the youths in the squad and putting players together that will work, and not just throw them in and hope for the best.

Most people had that lineup albeit with Soldado up top
