Capoue can play CB, also Fryers can too.

Playing Jan is a massive risk before such a big game sunday.

Capoue will probably start at the weekend, so its just changing the problem from one player to the other.
Surprised Fryers isnt starting though

Holtby, Sandro, and Carroll in a three man midfield will be interesting.

Let's see how Kyle 'automatic goal deficit' Naughton gets along. I really don't like to single out any of our players (and I'll always cheer for them when attending a game), but I have to admit I really came to dislike Naughton last season. Seemed like a liability...though admittedly most of his numerous costly mistakes were made when playing out of his normal position.
Compared with Rose's defending this year, he seems to be Marcelo.

Yeah but Vertonghen is way more important than Capoue. Plus he is coming off the back of an injury he was rushed back from.

Good line up, that. Good to have Sandro, Holtby and Kaboul back starting.

Also interesting that the OS shows our formation as being 4-3-3 with Carroll/Sandro/Sig in the midfield and Holtby/Defoe/Townsend up front.

It better not be, Holtby has been played out of position way too much, Sigurdsson can just about play wide, will surely be wrong. The official site had us as 4231 the other day and we played 433 so they could be wrong again.

Serouisly we are 5-0 up and we are playing Vertonghen and Walker, Verts just came back from a injury and Walker is playing far too many games imo.

Stewart and Fryers are more than good enough for Dinamo. Im also disappointed that Townsend is playing and not Lennon. Makes me think we will be seeing lennon on sunday

Why can't we play coulthirst, bentaleb and Stewart with seniors given we are 5-0 up at home?

Good to see Townsend could be on the left - I've been wanting to see how he'll play on that side.

Holtby better be playing in midfield, i would hate it if we fuck up his development.

Came up as RW. Hopefully him and Sigurdsson will be in each other's position (based on the ITV4 lineup).

Would expect that Holtby is in the midfield 3 while Sigurdsson is left wing and Townsend right wing. When did TV programmes ever get the formations right anyway?
