Chiriches at RB is better than Dier, I suppose. But why start him on Thursday when Dier was on the bench? And why can't Dier start anyway as a CB.

Poch just does not do it for me with his selections. For me lamela and Stambouli should be starting.

There's not in the way of major options but Mason and bentaleb are a concern as is eriksen seemingly on the left.

I'm happy with lennon as he looked good the other night but most of his creativity came mainly from the left.

I think it all shows how very weak our squad really is.
