Honestly I'd rather Carroll was on the pitch than Dembele or Lamela. The potential is there in the squad to be pretty entertaining with rose and Trippier providing ammunition from wide and N'Jie and Son being much quicker and pacier than any of the options we've tried up until now. Throw in Pritchard, the English Hazard, and we'd at least have exciting individuals. It may be a while before we see all of that but it's 5 players who we can add to our opening performances.
