that game sums crouch up. He might lose it a lot but hell is he effective! Can help defend corners as well as cause trouble in their box. Keane cane defend and is hit and miss with his attacking this season.

Still think we need to be tougher in terms of attitude. Too much saying sorry for bad challenges on the oppo or putting teammates under pressure with poor passes.

Very pleased with todays result and performance. Perfect response after the weekend. Pretty much what we expected though, a poor defensive team we can hammer, and do our stuff. Just need to focus more when it comes to those teams like Wolves and Stoke.

Absolutely brilliant result though. In a way though it makes the Wolves match so much more annoying. But I doubt we would have played that well if we thrashed Wolves. Daws, Bassong, Lennon and Crouch were all fantastic. Kranjcar was different class though. Easily the best buy we've had in recent years.

Before the game I thought there attack would really worry us but I hardly noticed them. Adebayor, Tevez, Robinho, Santa Cruz. Completely anonymous. Petrov looks a shadow of his former self. I'll put it down to our rock of a defence. Dawson is unbelievable at the moment

For such an elegent player Kranjcar also puts in a shift and gets back to cover, I think he covered every blade tonight but because of the type of player he is you wouldn't normally associate the workrate. I can't believe the price we paid for him.
