Was going to post this. What exactly did the Spurs supporter think was going to happen when someone 'pressed up' on him like that? I'm sorry but no one comes at you like that without wanting some 'action'. Not saying he deserved it at all because no one really does. What I am saying is he has no street smarts because that whole walk-up was aggressive as f***.

This is the type of performance I have been looking for from a Spurs team for many years. It is a genuine sign of a team growing up together and taking on the mentality of its coach. Make no mistake, this team is getting better.

Son gets a lot of criticism on here but his movement on and off the ball was excellent. His first touch lets him down at times, but at times he is running and thinking so fast that it is understandable a ball will get away.

That goal will help VJ. It was from open play and a quality finish. His teammates reaction says all we need to know as fans about his standing within the squad.

Dele took a few heavy hits and looked like he wanted to react. He didn't and got a well deserved goal. Sign of maturity, but needs to keep that mentality going.

This team is now playing with a system in attacking and defending. There is a game plan. The manager and players are learning together.

Speaking of MP. Does anyone in the media do research? I am sure a club of Barcelona's quality will be in for him when the time comes, but as a former Espanyol player and coach it won't be MP. He is also an avowed fan of Real Madrid. Like us hiring Steve Bould. Won't happen.

Only just watched it thanks to having to work today, but absolutely delighted. So happy for Janssen too!

I'll do whatever I can to get to Wembley for the semi as it's my birthday weekend.

Were Millwall fans chanting something whenever Son was on the ball first half by the way?

That's a pretty decent punch to be fair although WTF was he thinking standing there chanting at passing Millwall fans??

IMHO, Trippier on current form in a Wing back role, deserves to start in PL ahead of Walker. There is no way, Walker was creating half of those chances today.

I really agree. His technical ability is superior to Walker's. I would much rather have him as an attacking outlet for middle to lower level teams- specially on smaller pitches. It is only on wide pitches and against very very quick opposition that I think he may be challenged. Not sure. Think I will keep Walks for the likes of Chelsea and United. Trippier for a lot of the other teams. Really rate him

Goading them makes them almost as stupid as the prick who hit him though to be fair, play with fire get burned!

No he didn't deserve to get punched and yes the Millwall fan could have just walked past like the majority did but he surely can't be surprised it happened.
Spot on mate.

Please for Dele today, stuck at it and kept cool with them dirty buggers kicking lumps out of him and a goal to top it off.
