I really like Chadli starting. The only thing I would change would be Soldado to get a chance with Eriksen and Lamela, and Dembele to get a start next to Capoue. Bentaleb did not have a good performance for 90 minutes last week, but he did play the pass to Kane that led to the Dier goal. I think Dembele is a superior all around player to him, but we have plenty of games to test that.

Townsend, Sandro, Paulinho, Dawson, and Chiriches all left out. That would be 50+ million pounds of transfer fees if those players were sold (Schneiderlin, Remy, Fazio, Schar). If we did happen to sell a few or all of them, I hope we'd have deals lined up to spend that incoming money, cause all we'd be doing by selling them without new incomings would would be weakening the squad.

No need to be a dick . Everyone's allowed an opinion we don't live in North Korea

just about to say something along the lines.

Think a few people need to re read the rules on here.
No need to get aggressive or give abuse to another poster.

@Leon_Mann: Just told by very good source that Andros Townsend is fully fit. Just not selected. #THFC

I think today is the day for Eriksen to play central. Against a midfield 3 I can see the young Bentaleb having a lot to do and wouldnt want him getting over run. If Eriksen is central then he can drop slightly deeper when need be and add another body to the midfield.

I feel we also need to hit them in the full back positions, with Chadli & Lamela drifting wide then we could open up the pitch which would negate from the game being played in the crowded central midfield position.

Im happy with Bentaleb playing. Dembele might be better but I dont think he's fully up to speed yet. Pauline has been woeful and I reckon Holtby has more to do to show he's worth a start. Playing Sandro alongside Capoue would be too negative vs QPR at home so I can fully understand MoPos selection.

we have a big squad, and he e didnt have a good game the other night.

Would expect him to play midweek, or at least make that squad

Think the thread "Have we been left behind?" Has been answered with that line up.

I think we will struggle to beat QPR at home let alone challenge for champions league places and trophies.

7th place beckons. Very disappointing isn't it.
You are a little ray of sunshine aren't ya. Is your last name Meldrew by any chance? :)

Gents, with all the talk about whether Kaboul is past it, Bentaleb and Chadli are good enough and whether we've gone backwards, I just have 4 words for you...Come On You Fucking Spurs! GAME TIME!

Right this is my last post until after the match.

I can't believe the level of happy clappers on here.

So you all rate bentelab, capoue, Kaboul, chadli worthy of a place in the first team of a champions league challenging club? Do me a favour.

The only top players we have in this line up is Lloris and Eriksson, maybe Ade if he decides to turn up.

Massive question marks over Lamela. I'm sorry I've seen nothing from him

But dare I question our strategy? I believe we have gone backwards. That is all.

Coys.

Your ratings bar looks too much like the Italy flag to be a good thing.

Actually think it's good Andros has been dropped, didn't play well Thursday so doesn't deserve to be involved today. Setting standards.
