We just don't need two defensive centre midfielders in our team at home. Especially when neither are that good with the ball at there feet in the final third.

Some more incisive passing would be nice but some simple near post runs would make a huge difference in this game.

Some good, inviting (low/mid height) crosses have been put into the box but Defoe is nowhere near them because he's flat footed and has zero anticipation.

He isn't being marked out of the game, he just isn't clever enough.

• Loads of possession for us
• WBA don't look like scoring in a million years

dont really need livermore for this- gylfi or carroll should be in there with sandro sitting in front of the back four
