I've never seen anything from Kane which suggests he is good enough for Spurs, even as backup to the first team.

But obviously I will give him time to improve, and who knows in the future.

Defoe needs to be sold, Kane needs to be loaned, and I'm not that sure that I want Ade resigned

If they are our 3 striker options next season again, I'll be proper pissed

Why?

Adebayor was perfect for us last year. Also, he's realistically probably the best person we could get.

Defoe is the best supersub in the league. Full stop. His scoring record speaks for itself.

And Kane is highly promising.

Sure, we could maybe use another but that's far from bad.

Wonder why @SpursOfficial have held fire on the confirmation of released players and first professional contracts? Are they waiting on King?

Rumours of Freund returning to Spurs to work as an academy coach. He has had success working with the German U16s and U17s

I've never seen anything from Kane to suggest he can move up. Lancaster looked more promising in his cameo last season.

out strikeforce next year should be adebayor , leandro and niang. 3 new strikers in.
persoanlly would sell defoe myself .
if we lose vdv then might even even need another great link player to play no 10 role. behind striker.

let ade and leandro strike up partnership if playing with a 2, fight to play the lone role and have an up and comer like niang for europa matches

not impressed with the latest info regarding strikers.....

to be honest when AVB was appointed I thought Defoe was gone immediately....just didn't think he would be fit into AVB's plans etc...

His goal record and the fact that when we send him out on loan the clubs we send him to want to keep him tells you that he has ability. He has looked very nervous when he has played for Spurs but I think in time he will come good. And please don't compare him to Barnard different type of player.
