I'd thought that if O'Hara went on loan to Fulham, they might be able to put out a team with the highest number of Spurs/ex-Spurs players (O'Hara, Keller, Konchesky, Davies, Murphy).
Seems that that would only match Portsmouth (Pamarot, Campbell, Davis, Mendes, Defoe). And they'd go one higher if Crouch ends up there.

Has any other team bettered that (six) in the past?

He was on loan for last season; I couldn't see him on the squad sheet (official club site), so maybe the arrangement's ended.
