He never seemed very interested to play in England, so why would he join the Spurs if he can go to a top la liga club?

in a hamburger newspaper it says that beiersdorfer brought the case VDV to the FIFA and DFL ( german football league) in which he demands that valencia should stop their interest in VDV because he is not for sale.

According to kicker.de (pretty reliable German site) Valencia have given up on vdV. Hamburg are refusing to sell at any price. Despite vdV again saying on Saturday he expects to be a Valencia player by 1 August (remarks he then contradicted on Sunday).
