He needs to learn how to shoot and pass first. He makes Taarbat look like a team player.

Moses 4 goals and 6 assists this season. Taraabt 1 goal.

Think I prefer Moses - and he plays in a position (striker.winger) I might want rather than Taraabt who does not so the comparison is not useful !

So Moses has contributed to almost a third of their goals in the Prem this season? Interesting!!

Would take him for less than £8m. Hoilett is on a free this summer though? He would be the more sensible choice for us I feel, Moses I can see attracting some interesting abroad but we should be enquiring.

I dunno about Moses.

I didn't hear a great deal of people saying they think we should sign him at all before the game against Arsenal to be honest...

Hoilett will probably have a fair amount of interest because he's available for nothing. I could see him picking someone like Newcastle ahead of us, though. If Wigan stay up I would imagine them asking anything towards £10m for Moses, so in that respect I'd plump for Hoilett first. But I wouldn't say no to Moses, either. Pace, strength and can finish, Bale's pretty much the only player in our squad who has all those.

He only has a year left on his contract come the summer so I'd say between £5-7m

I like him, very fast and skillful but what amazes me about is his power and strength. He's learning all the time and against Arsenal the other night he was pretty exceptional.

He is 21. he has power and speed in his game and has made it count this season.

Question is whether our coaches think they can get him to be more of a team player - but if not, he has proved with goals and more to the point assists) that he could become a good player. Even so I think there is a price cap which Spurs would be prepared to be a no 4 striker/back up winger which I suspect is say £4m to £6m (he went from CP to Wigan at £2.5m) - at this age he could still become a Shaun Wright Phillips or Wayne Routledge or even a Jermain Defoe (never more than say a £10m - £15m player at his best) as well as a good player and % chances are probably closer to the former than the latter.

I can't say I've seen a great deal, but he appears to be a reasonable player but if I'm honest I think we should be looking at a little more craft to add to our squad out wide. we already have Bale and Lennon as the pace and directness so I think a more drifty wide player would add better balance to the squad. We have Kranjcar of course, but if we have some dollar to spend on a real top notch player (answers on a postcard please) then I'd be all for it. That dollar may well buy that craft with pace as an added extra, now that would be nice.

Adam Johnson would fit the bill pretty well and I don't think he's too unrealistic either, depending on who City get in this year.

No Moses is a much better option than Hollett - he can cover the striker position at a stretch. Poor mans Remy. Moses has used his time well at Wigan to improve from his Crystal Palace days

However still prefer to get in one/two strikers and a CB for the first team before looking at alternatives for Lennon/Bale which is where a Moses or Hollett would play - although as I say, at a stretch Moses can cover a striker position too.

I wouldn't disagree with the majority of this.

I'm gonna throw the name Scott Sinclair in here too. Would like to think we'd have a little look at him since we're looking for pacey wing options.

But yeah, let's sort out the problems at the back and up front first. Those are Priority One!

Would be a decent option, but not for more than 5-6mill

Not sure he has enough end product though...

If we want to keep Modders, Bale et al we should be looking higher than Moses.................plus I didn't like his 10 commandments

I like him a lot but he should go to Newcastle and continue to develop.

We don't need cover or backup (wrong mentality), we need competition and in our case that comes from signing players that will instantly improve the first team or our capable of securing a first team place. Moses doesn't fit that bill right now.

Signing backup players as people love to say won't do anything, they'll come in and won't push Bale and Lennon in training etc because they know that whatever they do, they'll only play if the guys in their position are unavailable. Bale and Lennon also won't feel like their place is in jeopardy and if they play bad they know that they don't need to worry about being dropped.

Signing Hazard (or someone similar) sends a message. He instantly improves the team and keeps the other players that play his position on their toes because they know that we didn't sign him to sit on the bench and be your backup.

To sign Moses as a backup is a slap in the face (to him), if he's a backup then what is someone like Townsend?

Hoilet and Moses both have abit of an edge....great if they were in the team but possibly could cause a few problems if forced to sit on the bench for any time. That said I would sign them both

This old addage. If they don't realise what a squad player is then they should bugger off.
