I think he will want to leave , if yesterday is anything to go by , regarding min time.
World Cup coming up , he still looks like he's trying to hard .

There's a good chance he won't have to worry about the world cup...

If we sell him then that's another position we'll need a signing for, not sure if we'd let him leave.

Don't think he can go anywhere at this current stage and with our squad thinness. Not sure I'd even trust us to replace him if we let him go. A deal for another out an out striker has to be practically done before we even think of letting Janssen go IMO.

We're not that thin though. Compared to what we finished last season with we've technically lost one/two players (Walker and Onomah) and gained one more in Walker Peters (all be it not as experienced a seemingly able replacement). I think you are right though he would only go if we had someone else done.

Seems we are in the market for a striker that can also play wide hence the Keita Balde and Josh King links...
Exactly. I think it's possible that if we were to add an option like that then we may be happy to let him go.....possibly take the funds.

I think his problem is that when he comes on he still doesn't look like scoring on a regular basis, even in preseason. He's also fallen behind Son, who tends to be the go to guy to replace Kane.

I wouldn't be opposed to loaning Janssen to Stoke, but then that of course means we will need to buy another striker.

Janssen would do very well at Stoke imo, him and Berahino up top would be decent.

Can't see Berahino being a good striker for him to work alongside. Heard on Motd he moved to Stoke in January and has yet to score for them. Janssen and Crouchie though... #DreamTeam

Stoke open talks with PSG over deal for Jese Rodriguez and plot move for Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen

By Simon Jones for MailOnline
00:09 BST 14 Aug 2017, updated 00:11 BST 14 Aug 2017

Stoke have opened talks over a possible deal for PSG forward Jese Rodriguez.

The 24-year-old former Real Madrid forward was expected to join Fiorentina on a two year loan with view to a permanent transfer.
But he has turned down a move to Italy and is keen to come to the Premier League.......

......Stoke have also enquired about Tottenham forward Vincent Janssen, as have West Bromwich Albion.

The Spurs forward is very much second fiddle to Harry Kane and failed to impress when given the opportunity last season.
......
If he goes, West Brom might not be a bad choice for him (with Tony Pulis)

I hope we keep him for another season. He's showing great sportmanship and is a team player. He gives us 100% and you can see that he's trying and wants to improve. If we sell him now, we need to bring in another striker who needs time to settle in. We don't have that time if Kane were to be injured i.e.
