I can understand if we sell Wimmer but why would we let Jansen go? Anyone will struggle to be back-up to Kane but I think he does well when he comes on given that he doesn't get much time. Just need to get them goals.

Janssen may be looking for playing time in a World Cup year. He's the Netherlands first choice striker. I'm sure he'd like to remain so and sitting on the bench every week is not going to help with that. I'd be fine with letting him leave as long as we had an adequate replacement lined up.

Janssen is, despite vocal haters amongst Spurs fans, welcome at the club and I believe has a role to fill this season that is other than being sold.
