Yeah I bet he does do well in Italy. Much slower pace to the game so more chance for him to pull off his crazy tricks as the last man back. Nutter.

Thanks for the cameos Vlad.

Personally i think Vlad is a very capable defender. He is one of the better clean tacklers (Almost ala Ledley King) like in the club over the last 2 seasons. Versatile enough to play a few positions. Personally, i likened his play to that of the "Ze Kaiser"....although not at Beckenbauer finest level - yet. And yes, he has his moments of craziness.....that gave many heart attacks to supporters (and his lack of Social Skills - maybe grasp of language deter him from communicating well with supporters. Hence not being endered. Partly the reason). I truly think that he is a very talented defender/player......but one of many that does not fit into how the team plays. I am fairly confident that he will find success in the future. All the best Vlad!!!

I have to say this is one player I never really wanted to see in a Spurs shirt again. A walking disaster and a mistake waiting to happen. People always show that little flick over the head of the striker he did as a good thing but I'd rather have a centre back who wouldn't even think of doing that, one who would kick the ball out for a throw in before doing that.

His full quote:"I don't know him well. I've seen him for half a match, and to me he looks like he has good physique. If they have chosen him..."

If he thinks Chiriches has a good physique, we should leave a message for him. We have a CB who can jump like a beast, run faster than wingers, and stronger than an ox. He is a total package and available for a very low fee like 10 million pounds. Oh, never mind.... Already sold to Sunderland....... Too bad.....

I think 1 thing he did achieve under his stay at Spurs was toning his body and gaining some muscles.

I know it's because they're more suited to their respective leagues but ironic how our "deadwood" get moves to PSG (Stambouli) and Napoli (Vlad).

Will miss the impaler, for some reason, but he definitely needed to go and I hope he does well.

Still, even though this is pretty much done I'll feel 100 times better when it's actually confirmed
