I still actually quite like him.

I still don't really think he has ever been given that much if a chance.
I don't know how long his biggest run in the team is, but is be surprised if he has ever played 10 games in a row for us. And if he has I doubt it would have been with the same CB partner.
I am also quite find of him, he has that typical spurs flair about him.

Fairly straightforward, Insomnia. I can break it down a bit more for you if you like.

I (as in me, myself - this is my opinion)
still (remain, persist, continue to)
actually (in real life)
quite (a little bit)
like (fond of, keen on, don't dislike, am amiable towards)
him (Chiriches).

Signed Baby Kangaroo Tribbiani.

It's annoying he's still very much in training pictures though. Can't be as close to an exit as we thought. Same goes for Soldado.

I want to know who our "low-risk France Under-21s international" is!

Think Poch would like to know too !

Wondered if the writer had screwed up that para and the Fr u21 international had gone to Wham or alternatively that referring to Spurs trying to sign a Fr u21 international (eg Martial). Either way I read the article as a reporter being told by his editor to fill some space as they were short of real news.

I think it's clear to anyone with half a brain the reason he's never been given a decent run of games. The guy is a total clusterfuck waiting to happen (usually the wait isn't a long one).

I still remember the performance he and Kaboul put in against WBA. Fuck me it was so bad it was comical.

We are still paying them, they should still train. If we were buying a player from another team i'd certainly hope they'd been training so we got a player that was at least semi-sharp. I don't think it has any indication on whether they are leaving or not.

It's not that they wouldn't be training. Just training with the main squad. Look at lennon and ade. They are no where to be seen. It's clear they are off.

But that is apparently for non-footballing reasons. Why should Vlad and Bobby be given the cold shoulder and shoved into the development squad if they've done nothing wrong other than not be in the manager's plans?

yeah - even if we are planning to sell them they are assets and is probably best to keep them sharp and ive no doubt they would still add something to training.

Ade and Lennon, as you say, are not there for what sounds like attitude problems.

I can't ever understand why teams put their 'bad eggs' with the development squads/youth teams. Can't be very good for the young players development or attitude.
Carter vickers is probably learning how to engineer a move or how to get a bigger payday from Ade as we speak.

He's a good instinctive defender.

One of the best/cleanest tacklers we've had at the club in a long time, once you look past King.

Didn't Vlad win two MOTM awards at one point? I honestly rate him over Fazio. They both make similar mistakes, but Vlad can sometimes recover whereas Fazio turns like a cruise ship. Vlad also has the ability to cover some other positions. Fazio is pretty solid in the air, but always seems a weird fit for our squad.
