Looks like, after all your friendly advice, @Frenchalex25 has deemed London as too dangerous and he's now decided to detour to a much safer place for the weekend - Mosul.

Best thing about Tottenham is that my wife used to live there ... but that was more than forty years ago

P
White people arnt allowed around Tottenham unless its a match day. We actually have a special pass for those specific days. Have a look on EDL.com and they should hook you up with a fake. If you head into East London, make sure your not wearing a crucifix. You will be abducted and will wake up in Syria. Make sure you spit on the pavement at all times.

Good luck and gods speed!

I was being ironic..

It's weird 'innit?

Gaston goes missing and at the same time, all of a sudden, out of the blue, my old girl starts speaking French like a cross between Del Boy and the cozzer out of Allo, Allo and trying to sell me a black and white striped t-shirt, a beret, a string of garlic and a bicycle..............

This thread is quiet. Too quiet. :nailbiting:

it's along way back to France without your flight ticket, money to get to the airport, and been mugged of your shoes and bling to porn to help at least get you pointing in the right direction.

Dear All;

Thanks for all your advice and replies before and after this week-end .
I would have like to answer you all before but I have been very busy with job last week
and from yesterday with a new week of work.

I came back at 2 a.m in the morning at my place during the night from Sunday to Monday.

We had a quick pint with my mate at the Antwerp Arms on friday night 11.11.16 (we arrived there at 10.30 pm)

I had already come in Tottenham a few times on matchday with others members of the swiss spurs so I already knew a little bit the place.

As I already had the possibility to go in some place of the north of Paris (Département 93 - Seine St Denis), that are really dangerous, Tottenham really like a "paradise" to me (compared with La Seine St Denis par exemple).

I didn't feel in a dangerous area at all even (even during nigts) if this is very multiculturalin Tottenham.

We also went to Leyton and West Ham with my friend and these parts of the cities
seem much worse than Tottenham on many aspects.

Each time I am travelling for a spurs related thing, I borrow the flag of the swiss group, our President Dani (yes, also a Dani :) )
kindly lend me the flag of the group.

Some might have see my mate and I making pictures aroung the Lane on saturday and sunday morning.

I would also add that I felt quite comfortable and I felt quite connected with the "normal" people
from these working class areas.

I felt this was a good idea to stay in Tottenham ( Angel road to be precise) and I will probably do the same the next time,
I'll fly to London with my friends of swiss spurs . (probably during the first season in the new stadium)

I'll manage to put the spurs related pictures of this week-end this coming week end on the official swiss spurs Facebook account.

Thanks again to all of you.

Alex

It's a trap!!! This cannot be Alex. He was clearly mugged and they managed to log onto SC and try to entice others unsuspecting tourists to come to Tottenham so they can do the same to them.
