I think you'll find it's called "encroaching on to the field of play."
Which is wrong, officially, at least according to the rules...
But this was ManUSA, at the "theatre of dreams"...
So obviously allowed then or, as you put it... "I didn't see anything wrong with what they did."
That's the kind of comment I'd expect to see on RedCafe. Sadly.
While it might be against the rules, I don't see anything wrong with it. The same way I don't see anything wrong with taking your shirt off when celebrating, as long as you're not enticing the other fans, or leaving the pitch to celebrate with your own fans. Yes, it's against the rules to do both, but what's wrong with it?

When Gallas scored against us for Chelsea, Mourinho and a few players/staff entered the entered the field of play. I didn't see anything wrong with that either. Likewise when Mourinho ran down the touchline at Old Trafford when Porto scored, or when Barca's bench ran to the corner flag at Stamford Bridge last year. All it is is showing some passion. It's not as if the Utd bench ran in front of Hughes and celebrated right in his face.
