the reality is that wendy is homesick but has a huge problem - he can't resign without losing 25m - so what to do? how about screw up the team, get crap results - get sacked and scram with the loot?

seriously though we've been through too many managers and they cannot all have been bad. JR is not a BAD manager, BMJ was not a BAD manager, so if they were not crap where was the problem? Shall we look a little higher? Does this DOF position actually work? Is Levy interfering too much, why did'nt Martin O'neil take the job.

It's not working - it's time for Levy and Commioli to go - they have been the constant in this shambolic handling of management over the past 18 months - it's not wendy, it 666 damian and his boss Danny boy.

I guess Wendy's clicking his feet together with his team selections hoping to get his way home.

Martin O'Neil didn't take the job for the very fact that we have a DOF (Pleat was DOF at the time O'Neill was courted). I believe that Levy's decision not hirer O'Neil and persist with a DOF was one of his biggest ever gaffs!

What fans will fail to understand its a credibility issue. We need to relate folotball to ones personal career ... I hate to fail in my career, I am pretty sure Mr Ramos is the same. However, Spurs PLC are i a very serious issue ... Only Mr Levy knows. What a fantastic case study fr a MBA Course work !

I've been thinking about this and the following has occured to me:
A few years ago we had the high profile Mr. Santini and the lesser known and comparatively inexperienced Mr. Jol. Of course, Santini left and Jol took the reins (with a certain degree of success, it has to be said). We had a lot of new players and a lot was expected of us. Jol seemed to be the guy that the players related to and they took to him well as manager.

Now we have the experienced and high profile Mr. Ramos, and under him there is the lesser known in management) and relatively inexperienced Mr. Poyet. Mr. Poyet, it seems, is on the same wavelength as the players. Maybe he just comes accross that way, maybe it's just in his job description to be that way. Whatever.

Anyway, would it be beyond the realms of possibility for Ramos to 'do one', leaving Poyet to make his mark as a premiership manager? Perhaps with a more experienced assistant (would we take CH back?) it would work. I would imagine he coud get some fight out of the players, which really is what we need right now, and I could imagine him getting them playing good football once we are safe in the league. Unfortunately imagination is all it is, but it could become a reality.
