Spurs V West Ham is a big game to me because my Dad supports them and so does one of my best mates, they're the games I look forward to the most every season. That being said, you have to admit that over the last few years your little pub team hasn't been anywhere near the same level as the mighty Spurs! I hope you beat Milwall so there's a chance we can beat you at least 3 times this season. :)

It's a big game for me because I know lots of Spurs fans - it's got nothing to do with rivalry of the two clubs - I like Spurs as a team, they play good entertaining football, and I was chuffed to see you lot turn the mickeys over last week.

Anyway, dependant on your definition of 'the last few years' (mine being a few = three), you pipped us by one place last season, we did you by one 07/08, and the season before you were a way in front. Not a million miles apart from where I'm sitting.

Anyway, the boom/bust cycle seems to following the usual lines at the moment. spurs are playing well, and they've just beaten West Ham, and so true to form I'm enduring stick about how crap/small time West Ham are, whilst listening to how Spurs are top of the league. I'll take it on the chin and wait until Tottenham implode again and they next lose to West Ham. But then the excuses will all be about how Tottenham dont care about losing to West Ham etc.

Still, good luck all the same.

i think that is just people being inquisitive though, just like if there is a crash, human nature kicks in and people take a look - i would hope that society hasnt got so bad that people enjoy seeing these fights.

Apparently it is now kicking off inside the stadium as well

Good comeback.
It was your holier than thou attitude as if you`re the arbiter of who should support whom. No one should get hurt watching sport. As for the bloke who has been, he probably knew what was happening. If you get my drift.
