How many times did Ibra blank Pogba at the end there?

Not just us that think Pogba is a twat then.

Come on JH, that's bollocks. I've just been realistic. This notion that we (or any team really) are going to have an uber striker to play, and and then another uber striker off the bench is fanciful bollocks, it's daft for you and others get all bent out of shape that we haven't.

On that basis I think many of Kane's performances have been sub standard this year - don't you ? And that everyone's expectations of Janssen, compared to the actual chances he's got have been unrealistic. He played early on when we were pretty poor as a team, other than that he's been used ad hoc in mash mash cup sides. And I don't think he's lacked effort and shown some decent hold up play, for a back up striker in a team like ours, for a young kid having his first year in England that's acceptable for me. I'm not fucking moist about the guy, but then I don't expect to be for a player who even if he scored three hayracks in his first three games would still end up back on the bench as soon as Kane was fit, and I'm Ok with that.
I'm not talking about 2 uber strikers. By your reckoning, we have 1 bumblehopper and if he's a bumblehopper, that must make Janssen a clodhopper-or worse. You're the one talking about getting Lacazette. You. Of all people. Mean Mr Mustard. I'm sick and tired of you talking out of your hole about this.

Janssen's performances have been appalling. Why do you bash one player for having poor or limited technique (actually you bash several of them) and then go all hypocritical when it comes to Janssen?

Hate Mourinho's brand of anti-football.

I've always thought the ends justified the means but his disgraceful whiining about referee decisions when United are the recipient so so many times of dodgy calls makes this result leaving me with vomit in my mouth.

Pogba plays like a head-banger way too much of the time. Really needs to grow up.

Disappointing result, but it was a very good final, end to end, lots of chances and 5 goals.

Man Utd fans are going to be unbearable.
Nope. that will happen when they lose out on top 4 but continue their easy route to the Europa. Thus affording them CL place and alowing their uncontrolled spending because we ballsed it up.

Stop it you silly nana, I've praised Kane large and often. And never said Janssen is brilliant. You don't think Kane can bumble about often ? You don't think many of his performances this season haven't been vastly better than Janssen general performances ? Kane's better and unless we'd have bought Lacazette it would have always been the same with most of the strikers we could have brought in.

I stand by what I've said, if we had 60m, I'd much rather we bought Lacazette than Janssen, Sissoko and Nkoudou, he could have played as a striker or auxiliary in all our formats and is a fucking mustard striker, and not a bumbler either, technically great, and tenacious.

I'm pretty sure if Southampton had signed Janssen as there No.1, for 18m, we'd all be saying the what a canny bit of business it was.

Ibra is a special player, but the love-in over a free header from 5y in the middle of the goal is a bit excessive.
That defending really pissed me off. Truly mind boggling how a team of professional footballers can leave a renowned striker just fkin standing in the 6yd box without 1 player within 5 yds of him.
Watch the build up play. He just walks from the edge of the box into 6yd box without anyone paying any attention whatsoever. Did he have a HP Invisibility cloak on or something lol. Inexcusable imo. They were by far the better team and that bollocks decision didn't help but sorry if you defend like that you're gonna lose.

It got a bit lost amongst Pardew's daft dancing last year, but United were blessed by another of those refereeing performances in last year's FA Cup Final too. They've certainly an unhappy knack for it...

Anyone see Matt Le Tissier post match and hear him on TS this morning?
Fkin brilliant. Won't get anywhere though. The establishment just don't wanna hear it. Benitez tried. Fkers just cry 'sour grapes' every time.
That stat someone tweeted regarding not only have man u had 6 offside goals given but 8 on side goals against them DISALLOWED just sums up what a fkin joke this league is.
They will get top 4. Sorry, they will be given a top 4 spot. Bet your fkin house on it.

Carabao Cup as of next season. Bloody hell. Sounds like it should be the Native American games.
