I was looking on Bluemoon earlier, they really are a bit scared of us aren't they. The assumption from pretty much all them is we are a challenger for the title and pretty much nailed on for top four. I like how this feels!
Don't get sucked in. If we don't play hard and fast from start to finish we'll get a kicking.

Spurs will treat it as their cup final - we are a major benchmark for all the top teams now.. we are the ultimate scalp no matter who we play whereas for us, this will almost be like just another game.
Our Cup Final - do fuck off I hate that expression ... Especiskly now. 7th league game, we're in 3 cups, one of which hasn't even started fir us ffs - how's it going to be our cup final you tonsil

So excited for this game, with each performance this year we seem to be finding our feet. This will be a good benchmark for where we are, i'm really hoping for an energetic display today, i wan't us in their faces, i want us showing a bit of swagger and not being in awe of the whole Pep brigade. A win today will be truly amazing and a fantastic start to the season. I really hope we are up for it and give it our all, we proved last year that we shouldn't be intimidated by City.

Yes it is pretty silly that lots of pundits seem to think they have been "found out" after bloody drawing one game when they were just about to set a record.

I did and it is absurd, what you are essentially saying is that the CL puts us on the same level as Real Madrid which is somewhat laughable. He left because the biggest club in the world was in for him, a club that could offer the highest honours and the highest salaries. It has absolutely nothing to do with us not having CL football, he would have left even if we had it. I'm a Spurs fan and If I were a player I would even leave us if Madrid came in for us.
So you're a Real Madrid fan then, no?

They weren't - the record is most consecutive league wins from the start of the season. Man City's run included League Cup, Champions League playoffs and one group match. Although Sky have now revised this and are hawking it as 'Man City can set a record for most consecutive Premier League wins from the start of the season', because football didn't exist before 1992.

After 10 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss to 2nd in the league...
I suspect there is something wrong in the dressing room... we should be winning these. may be pep needs more time.

Haven't conceded a goal from open play so far this season in the league. Can't help but admire what Poch has done for them. Really good team who aren't reliant on any individual.

A little bit jealous of their defence

I think it's safe to say Spurs and Pochetino have been underestimated, hopefully Vhampions League details them, or as Sol says they collapse under pressure. But right now our point there is looking very good.
They were magnificent against City. Fair play to them. And I think they might have also given one or two sides a blueprint on how to deal with City as they out-pressed and out-harried them.

From RAWK of all places
