I think I see where you are coming from. If her utterance was aimed at all blacks then definitely racist. However if it was aimed out of spite and frustration to one particular individual who she had a personal relationship with, but never would never think that way about another black person, then she isn't. My opinion having been called these names all my life.Absolutely this, my mother in law is prone to fits of rage where she literally just wants to say the most hurtful thing she can think of to the person she is angry at
She's never been married to my father in law and he's had 4 kids with her and 7 with other women (included about 2 or 3 that overlaped with her youngests) so they've not been together in all the years I've known her
But my wife has told me that in the past she has called their dad a black bastard and a nigger on more than one occasion during one of her angry outbursts.
She's not racist deep down as the previous poster said one must be to be able to say such things, she's just bitter about her situation and in times of rage she has said whatever she thought she could say to cause offense/upset to her babyfather
So I think it's very possible that opposing fans could just be caught up in the moment in a crowd environment and join in with a song that is there to offend the rival fans in the heat of the moment without them necessarily being racist or antisemitic
Not to say the offenders were not wrong or that they should not be punished, they should of course.
