Souness said exactly why it is I wanted Mourinho. He turned Sp*rs in five minutes while a year into Arteta and we’re worse than last year.

Considering how much lower Sp*rs were than us when he took over we’d probably have got CL football last year.
Mou went through an awful patch with Sp**s. Was about a year with the team until he really got them playing like they are now.

Apparently we interviewed him and he didn’t like the club model. Could be rumours. That time he was spotted at the Emirates.

Jose interview after the game was purely trying to save arteta. Blowing smoke up arteta ass so he can play him again later this season.

Arteta on how to turn things round: "By scoring goals, very simple. It doesn't matter what we do in other areas of the pitch." This worries me as it’s obvious he’s not joining the dots between our slow ball progression and low quality chances.

Premier League goals this season: Son—10 Arsenal—10

Had we scored first, yes I know we didn’t, they would not have had enough to come back.
That’s why I don’t rate them or Mourinho. And reject some master plan of his giving us the ball.
He has no other plan

They would easily come back if they wanted too, even if we fluked a goal through a corner or something. I don't like Mourinho either but that Sp**s team out there today was miles ahead of us, individually and tactically.

Nah I disagree
We have held out better teams for longer periods in more consequential games.
They have struggled against weaker defensive opposition.
The tactics worked today, but once again fine margins. Mourinho is a one trick pony as his career has shown

Indeed. I am suspecting he parked the bus and stopped attacking in the second half for that same reason too lol. He wants Arteta to stay and don't want too much pressure on him. When Sp**s were playing United he went all out lmao

Its typical Mourinho cowardice.

Plans worked out for them, but there is nothing to fear there.
What matters is that we improve before we see them again, make the correct changes and we will beat them next game.

we didn't challenge them at all. They didn't have to break a sweat. They didn't even bother to try and keep the ball. It was a walk in the park

Sp**s played into our weaknesses and toyed with us today.

Kane gets the England captain / striker rub from the refs. Shearer got the same.

Bellerin is more concerned about the next cover of GQ rather than learning how to take a throw in.

The little ****er shouldn't be allowed to talk about saving the planet, until he learns how to actually take a simple throw in properly

We've now scored less than a goal a game this season.

Other teams to have scored less than a goal a game:

Burnley (18th)
West Brom (19th)
Sheffield (20th)

Just when you thought it couldn't get more depressing.

I love seeing opposing fans saying our wins are lucky and Jose is a one trick pony. Especially since we know how frustrating it is to lose to a Jose side!

He still knows what he is doing. You can do a lot of things without the intention of hurting someone but you still know they may get hurt in that situation.

Today that was dangerous and i think he kind of ran towards the Arse player then fell... it was dangerous... perhaps against Lalana i can see both sides but not todays one.
Still wild to me that all the attention is focused on Kane for that but an absolute plodder like Xhaka can try to hockey style hip check Kane through his knees and nothing is said after the fact.

He definitely isnt trying to hurt people - Kane is hardly the malicious dirty type we all know that. Ive not even suggested he is there to hurt people because he clearly isnt.

He is obviously trying to win a free kick and i guess rightly so, for the team and to relieve pressure etc. Todays instance wasnt someone coming at him i recall, he kind of ran towards the player who was about to jump...

This is just my view

Gabriel is running, Kane doesn't even look at him.

It’s just the latest thing they are trying to denigrate Kane with

The guy who posted this is the chief Arsenal reporter for football.london. I dont think I've ever, and would ever, see Ally Gold posting anything of this ilk about an Arsenal player. They're just trying to deflect away from how poor they are

First thing I noted too. Classless and fickle club from the bottom right up to the top.

So many heads in the sand there. We are first for a reason, they are fifteenth for a reason. FIFTEENTH!!!

I saw one of these threads yesterday, might have been this one, they mentioned the Lallana incident a few weeks ago and how he could have been killed. It reminded me of Lallana actually wrapping his hands around George Marsh's neck in a reserve game a while back.
