No reason to be ashamed of that. It’s an effective way to score, and we are very good at it.

We are good at counter attacking, but the definition is completely wrong. I take exception to having goals where we pass the ball from the defence to the forwards, through our opponents being called a counter attack as it's complete bullshit.

Fine, if we win the ball high up whilst our opponents are out of shape, it's a counter attack. If we tackle them, win the ball and punt it down the channels only to score within 5-10 seconds its a counter attack. If however we pass the ball around 20 odd times to beat someones press and find ourselves running with 3-4 against someones defence, that is not.

NB: And if you think I'm being sensitive on the subject, well I guess I am. Calling a team a counter attacking side is a slur, lets be honest. You are defining a team as being unable to create goal scoring opportunities on their own merit.
