How did we manage to have no width in a 433?

Second half from the very start was a joke. Bale was CM, Dempsey LCM, Holtby LM, Parker CAM and Defoe LW for a lot of that half. How? Wheres the positional discipline FFS.

We somehow managed to get worse when Lennon come on as well when we reverted to 4231.

Awful, awful performance overall. We really don't deserve 4th, saying that, neither do Arsenal and their jammy wins.

Why did Dempsey chip that????

Because he's a limited football who lacks the decision making or skill to play a killer pass

He lofted it in high to hope someone would attack it and make something of it, he either didn't have the awareness or the bottle to play the right ball or pick the right pass and win the game

The real question is why was he still on the pitch to make that decision really

Naughton never should have been on in the first place, it's a repeated mistake from several games we've dropped points in and again it wasted a sub we could have used i.e. Parker off Carroll on and Lennon on Dempsey off
