Hazards comments are miles worse than Fabregas'.

I'm fully expecting us to be level on points going into the game and winning against Newcastle with Leicester needed to win 12 nil to win the title and Chelsea going on to score 15 consecutive own goals.

As per thread title.

If it means we miss out on the title, do you think Chelsea, being the poo-infested dog bin they are, will allow Leicester to win?

Fabregas all but confirmed it the other night when we played football against the rugby lads.

I'm certainly expecting a stronger Chelsea performance against us than Leicester.

Thoughts??

Didn't see what he said but agree they will be a whole lot more determined against us. If they take points of us then I doubt the question of the final day arises though.

If Leicester do need something on the last day I think they will get it. There would certainly be a strange atmosphere at the Brdige and I think a Leicester goal would be much more than golf clapped. If a nil nil is enough I could see no shots on target by the home team.

Doubt their professionalism? Certainly. I only doubt one club, not even the scum, just this lot.

Pretty shitty of their players to come out and say they don't want Spurs to win the league, bearing in mind they play both Leicester and Spurs. Just say nothing. Thinking it is fine.

It's not just them, though. Swansea's manager has as well..

All I care is we win all 4 of our remaining matches. If Chelscum decide to throw their game, et them do so and enter into football history with another blemish to their name.

Question how do you lose a match without it not looking dodgy?, is it possible?

When man utd beat us in 1999, we actually went ahead so I don't think anyone could question the players but does anyone have an example of a team throwing a game?

Except the Martin Fulop fiasco

I remember a game in the world cup where the two teams let each others defences pass the ball round for 90mins knowing they needed a draw for both to go through but they changed the rule so both matches play at the same time

Question

How do you know they've thrown the match if they just play the exact same they have all season?

lol @ people not doubting Chelsea's professionalism, they basically ran Mourinho out of a job and were putting in half arsed performances for over half the season and people don't think they are capable of throwing a game to stop us winning the league? Have they not witnessed what this football club has been doing over the years?

If you even consider it as a possibility you are labeled a "conspiracy theorist" which is ridiculous.

Chelsea are the most unprofessional club in this league, corrupt as fuck chairman all the way down to pitch level and yet some think they wouldn't throw a game because John Terry and not wanting to give the title up on their own patch like that matters to them? They haven't given a fuck all season so why would that bother them?

It's easy to resort to the "Oh you are just being s conspiracy theorist" line and bury your head in the sand but like I said in the Vardy thread, if people genuinely believe that corruption doesn't exist in this league they are deluding themselves, just last week people were telling me I was mad to suggest anyone of Leicesters players could be doping because doping "wouldn't happen in the PL" and then lo and behold, Sahko is caught doping...

I don't know why people are convinced this league is so clean and professional? We see it week in week out how unprofessional it is and that's just what we see.

People can believe what they want but the fact is I wouldn't be relying on Chelsea to beat Leicester and I can guarantee their performance against us will be much better than the one they put in against them.

All that aside though, if we want to win the league we have to win our games regardless of anything else.

Leicester are clearly the favourites in everyone's eyes and we are the "Villains" so I expect nothing to be easy for us.

Agreed. And imagine how you'd feel as a Leicester fan knowing that in the final crucial game your opponents put in a half-hearted effort because of a stupid dislike of your rivals for the title. It would kind of tarnish it for them too, I reckon. Maybe.

I doubt it, Leicester fans are a horrible lot they'd probably chalk it up to the Chavs passing the torch.

Would we throw away our last game at home to stop Chelsea winning the league? No of course we wouldn't. No chance they will either.

No, but that's the sort of thing that separates us from a club like Chelsea, they are classless and unprofessional enough to do something like that.

They will try their damndest to beat us, and won't give a shit about beating Leicester (unless they've already won the league)
Ranieri will get a hero's reception, and I've been informed that if a league title is still on the cards for us, that every fan in the ground will be supporting Leicester.

What's unprofessional about saying he doesn't want us to win it?

It's not really about what they think, or what they say among themselves.
I'm not necessarily buying the conspiracy theories.
But it was bad enough today with the Swansea manager saying he wants Leicester to win it because Ranieri is his friend. Did he leave players out on purpose? Did he play a vulnerable formation on purpose? And they don't even have a long history of antagonism with us. Not to mention they were equally as porous against Newcastle.

Now the Chavs manager and two of their players, purporting to speak for all of their players, have said they want Leicester to win it. Imagine is they have the game of their lives against us and then put out a weak team and/or have a feeble performance? By opening their mouths they invite questions...questions that could result in sanctions. How will they prove if they beat us and then just literally have a poor game against Leicester? How can they avoid suspicion if Leicester do just genuinely outplay them? By opening their mouths like this they basically have to perform against Leicester - otherwise there will be a bad smell surrounding the result.

Like I said, I'm not fully buying the conspiracies: I don't think Terry is going to be happy to throw away his last ever game at Stamford Bridge. They should, as individuals and as players have enough professional pride to not just throw the Leicester game. They are defending champions and should really not just want to roll over for the champions elect. Perhaps Roman will not want to see the fella he discarded handed the title at SB - he may offer a hefty wedge in bonuses to prevent it. Apparently there are Chelsea fans who have a beef about a female Chelsea supporter being stabbed by Leicester hoolies. Not to mention the fact that, as said above, by opening their mouths they are just inviting suspicion if they fail to perform against Leicester.

I hope I am right.

If they fuck us over a second time like that it would be so Chelsy.

I really wouldn't have expected that Chelsea as a club would want us to win the league. We don't even do deals with them such is the bad blood between us.

It could be worse, Leicester could be playing Villa on the last day of the season needing 3 points. At least we wouldn't have to speculate about whether their players would be putting in a half arsed performance as if they weren't bothered, we'd be certain of it, and if that were the case they may as well hand the trophy to Leicester before a ball was kicked.
