Now 131.

130 - None of the previous 130 occasions of a team being 2+ goals down at half-time in a World Cup match have seen that side come back to win that game (L125 D5 W0). Unassailable?

Well then... we just have to hope that France and Belgium wear each other out in a monumentally exciting 120 minutes next week starring lots of minor hamstring strains! ;)

Its based on a perception that we fair better against European sides which I'm not overly sure is correct!
No I absolutely think England would have a better chance v Brazil. But it's just super satisfying to see Neymar and co. out of the tournament.

France vs belgium has the potential to be epic. It'll be down to 2 tactically inept coaches fucking it up the least. But I have to put my money on France.

Does it matter? You can just be pleased for Belgium.
Yep it does mate. Massively. Brazil are gash and we'd have a better chance of beating them. Second why should I be pleased for Belgium. Im not Belgian..

VAR has been a godsend in the fight against diving cheats.
Yep. Agreed earlier. If you look atvthr teams going through, cheating is much less an issue. Hopefully we will start seeing more expansive and tactical football now.

HE has been better in the second half after Brazil started to get tired but he is a good player but not better than Bale as he is often heralded as and seen as a replacement for

De Bruyne and Lukaku are more important to their attack then Hazard imo

Hmm I don't know anyone who thinks Hazard is better than Bale. Not as good as Salah even but I'd say he's Belgium's 2nd most talented player after De Bruyne. He could easily play for Madrid or Barca

He's been electric. Tite has a lot to answer for.

The guy is so idiotic. Persisted with the same 11 he announced in February and wouldn't let evidence change his mind. Should have been starting with Firmino and Costa.
