I'm very proud and happy to say I'm taking my misses and daughter to this charity football match for the Haven House Children's Hospice this Sunday and would recommend others to do the same!

But what have been your most enjoyable/funny/emotional experiences at a charity or special (e.g Ledly's testimonial) football match?

I have never been to one before but personally cannot wait to see Teddy Sheringham and Darren Anderton at this one!

Once went to see a Celebs vs Harchester United game.
Funny as fuck when we tried to get one of the Dream Team lot to hold my baby daughter for a photo - she screamed the house down!

Back in the day before the FA Cup final they used to be a charity game between celebrities. Before the Cov final in '87 I saw Daley Thompson amongst others wear the Spurs shirt in the pre match game. From memory he scored an overhead kick.

You could say some of our displays against relegation strugglers have been charity games, I haven't enjoyed them though.
